I took my mom to the Sip, Shop & Skin Party for her birthday and we had a great time! Really great crew; Adeline was so sweet & knowledgeable; a wonderful way to spend our afternoon. It was so fun to take the time out to really learn the process for a skincare routine with an expert’s advice in real time. Recommend this party for anyone!
I got the trial size which lasted me about a month. My skin is extremely dull and this helped brighten it up a bit! I'm sure with more use over time it could have a greater effect. It did leave my skin a little sticky so I only used it at night.
This spray is calming for me while I'm doing creative writing and academic work! I love the Hinoki in it; it makes me feel refreshed each time I use it. It smells like a warm dry pine forest in the midst of spring in California. I can't find anything like it out there and can't wait till there is another bunch of these made :)
I LOVE this gel-oil! I have combination skin, so I try and use it every other day to prevent it from getting too oily. I use it every day under my eyes and then all over my face if I really wanna do a spa day before bed. I've had filler before in my skin minimally, and I have to say, if you use this plus the Donkey cream and the Sake & Rice Sleeping pack, you could get a very similar result without the hassle. Obsessed.
I've tried this cleansing oil for about a month now, every other day before using the Kombucha cleanser, and I love it. I was certainly skeptical of the oil cleanser for my oily skin, but it did not worsen my acne. What it did was make the areas of my skin that were dry more moisture restored and happy. I did it every other day or as needed when I thought there were areas of my face that needed general moisture and care. If I use it every day, which I can, I have to be careful not to put on the other creams too heavily bc my face will look a little more oily by the end of the day. I love to use it for a face massage and am looking forward to trying it with the charcoal mask. :)
I tried this serum today because I had such a horrible hormonal acne breakout all over my face. I also have skin that tends to lend towards oily and flaky skin (seb. dermatitis). I cleaned my face, used a toner, and then put this Moar Honey Serum on, and within an hour, my breakouts looked like they were starting to heal rather than spread. I love it. I am also looking forward to seeing how it will work for other skin issues I might have with eczema.
I hardly ever write reviews, however I’ve been so impressed with this cream I had to submit one for this cream. It’s thick soothing and sort of spicy? I have dry, sensitive skin, so at first it has a bit of a tingling effect, but I feel it’s because of the natural toning ingredients of the cream. It keeps my skin clear, hydrated, toned and bright through the cold months - I never look run-down even though I’m a very tired single mama. I love that it’s very hydrating and doesn’t clog my pores (this had been my problem with other products - not from Sabbatical beauty). Also, a little goes a long way. I bought a full size cream last December after trying the travel size and have barely used 1/4 of the container… I should probably use it more since I work remotely. I currently only use it in the evening before bed and sometimes layer it with the Sake and Rice sleeping pack on those extra cold, dry nights and wake up with youthful bright skin. Absolutely LOVE it!
