Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a replacement or refund (to your original form of payment) please contact customer service at within 30 days of your original order shipment date. Please include a picture of the product in question, your original order number, and reasons for dissatisfaction. Depending on the issue, we may send you a return label to mail us back the product.
