Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our products, so if you're not happy for any reason we'll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund (to your original form of payment) please contact customer service at within 30 days of your original order shipment date. Please include a picture of the product in question, your original order number, and reasons for dissatisfaction.

If your products are OPENED, you may qualify for store credit on your order, so you can try something new. We are unfortunately unable to accept empty or nearly empty products for store credit. 

If your products are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, you may qualify for a refund. Your products must also be in the original packaging. 

You will have to mail us back the products in question to receive either a store credit or refund. BEFORE you mail us your return or exchange, email us at to verify if you qualify for either. Once your return or exchange has been approved, send the products to this address, with a note about whether you are requesting a credit or refund, and your order number: Sabbatical Beauty, 228 Krams Avenue #300, Philadelphia PA 19127.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items - clearance items are final sale, however if you have an issue within 30 days of receiving them you can reach out to our customer service team for assistance. 
  • Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded however, we are happy to exchange or credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Defective Merchandise

If there are problems with your order, send us an email at with your order number and a picture of the defective product. If your order qualifies, you will either receive a replacement or store credit for your order.
