Asian Powerhouse Serum

I love these products. Asian powerhouse, and Marine serum, I have been using them both for over a year now and I love the way my skin feels. Soft smooth and subtle. I also love the sake rice pac. It really hydrates my skin at night.

I'm learning so much about how to take care of my skin from Sabbatical Beauty. I love the granny story of this product. I did not grow up being taught how to treat my skin with care. I love how Asian Powerhouse Serum makes my skin feel. Like it's been craving it my whole life. I never knew that layering was the answer. And I think this will be my forever first layering serum.

When I first started using this, there was a subtle change-my skin was clearer, smooth and bright. I went a week without using the serum and wow! Huge difference! This is a can’t miss part of my regimen now!

Every morning, I apply this first.

My skin looks like a better version of itself. Glowy, bright. I dont feel like i need to hide behind makeup anymore.

So, I've know the owner since before they moved from academia to beauty products. I've resisted purchasing their products, although I was sure they were amazing, because of their price (for context, I've used the same daily cleanser for over 20 years. It has stopped being made and I've had to switch to something new--which I like, but no better than the 6-8 dollar one, lasting months, I used for decades). I simply couldn't imagine spending so much on skin products! Then, a few years ago, I got a sample serum (not Sabbatical Beauty) and liked the results well enough to replace it, so this year, I decided to support SB by trying a few products. I started with the Asian Powerhouse Serum, Marine Serum, and Dorian Grey serum. I liked them all, but felt like the Dorian Gray serum was making the biggest difference in one spot (where any fine lines draw even more attention to whitening from radiation treatment), so decided to reorder just it (I'm also currently trying the donkey cream). I thought the marine serum had results similar to the other serum I've been using and the APH serum for some reason I thought wasn't doing much. Like other reviewers, I've noticed a difference since I've stopped using it, so I'm now going to order the full size. I think its super-lightweight feel and fast absorption make it easy to psychologically discount, but it makes a difference--those traits are likely part of its success! While I was using it regularly, my daughter's employer told me she should have realized I was her mother because we both have the same beautiful skin. My daughter is 17, with beautiful skin. I should have realized that the APH was of critical importance in these results!
