The redness in my cheeks continues to dissipate, which is great as summer approaches. Although I am very careful to wear SPF daily and limit my time in the sun, high heat and humidity are major triggers for my rosacea. However, Iāve been impressed with what consistent care can do to soothe flare-ups. Today, I spent about an hour and a half walking outside in the sun and heat, and then later ate a spicy meal, and found my cheeks quite red this evening. I took extra care with my routine and even used some After Sun Face Balm Rescue, and discovered that the redness in my cheeks calmed down much more quickly!

The changes this week that Iāve seen have been pretty exciting. TheĀ summer boxĀ has almost entirely rid my cheeks of their dryness, and the breakouts that I used to get around my lips and on my temples are completely gone. My skin has become more balanced overall, and seems to be transitioning to a more normal skin type with the products, which is pretty exciting. I have also noticed the dark circles under my eyes becoming less noticeable, and brighter. Also, after using the detox mask a few times, I have noticed less redness and a general glow to my skin that I didnāt have before.

Iāve seen a lot of changes this week. Ā I no longer have dry patches anywhere on my face. Ā My rosacea is diminished, the skin under my eyes is much more supple and brighter, and the wrinkles at the corners of my eyes seem more diminished because of how hydrated my skin is. Ā May we talk pores? My pores are not congested for the first time in a long time. My skin loves the Oatmeal & Rice Cleansing Grains, Janahās Strawberry Cocktail Exfoliating Toner, andĀ Peppermint Water--all help get the gunk out while giving me moisture.

I am so glad for the many items in this box so that I can try different combinations and not feel like Iām going to run out of product too quickly. Iām a professor and itās summer, so my financial cup isnāt exactly overflowing right now. The biggest change Iāve seen this week is definitely on my cheeks. Theyāve been clearing up incredibly well ā my left cheek in particular is a lot less inflamed, and no new spots are coming up. The right cheek is slowly getting there too. My breakouts have also drastically reduced; or at least no new ones have come up, and almost all evidence of pimples that were trying to emerge at the beginning of the week have completely diminished. This is probably because since starting the new cleanser and toner, I have noticed my pores cleaning out a lot faster than usual, and have had an excessive amount of grits since the beginning of the week.
