Excellent scent, not overpowering. Just a subtle hint of pine and other woody scents. Great to soften hair and beard.

I've been using the rose cleanser with great results. My face feels clean & moistured without a heavy residue. I'm seeing a decrease of hyperpigmentation, which is a bonus.

I recently tried this beauty oil for the first time and oh my, what a treat!! Putting this oil on at the end of my SB skincare routine has really helped my skin look like it glows all day. Plus, it feels like a great, light moisturizer, and I also really love the smell. I sometimes use it right before doing the Gua Sha massage for an extra luxurious start to my day. After trying this only a few times I'm hooked and don't think I can ever be without it.

I love this eye gel! I initially started using it around my eyes and forehead at night to help minimize lines. Then, I saw via Sabbatical's Instagram story about how well it worked on nails/cuticles and it saved me this winter from the cracking and peeling I usually suffer from. When traveling this summer, I applied it around my whole face for my flights-- what a difference in how my skin looked and felt after 12 hours on a plane! I swear by this product, which I don't say lightly. The travel size lasted months for me....maybe almost a year...but I have recently purchased the full size so I can refill the small jar for my bag and keep the large one on my vanity. You'll want to do the same!

This serum has become part of my daily routine. Even when I skip other steps, I always use the Asian Powerhouse serum. It goes on so light, I didnt think it was doing anything at first. But I'm about to turn 48 and look how firm and wrinkle free my skin remains. Yes, a lot of it is genetics (Asian don't raisin 😅) but I was starting to notice fine lines last year and now those are gone!

Chang E's serum is magical. Incredibly light in texture, I use it as my first serum after cleansing and before my more moisturizing second serum, Asian Powerhouse. Over time, it has made my skin look radiant and even-toned, reducing not only redness but the mask-like melasma that emerges whenever I get the slightest sun-exposure. My melasma appeared during pregnancy, a darkening of pigment on my upper lip and neck. The extremely harsh cream prescribed by my dermatologist for melasma merely made my skin red and sore, and inflamed my perioral dermatitis, without doing much for the pigmentation. The dermatologist recommended I discontinue it, saying my skin was just too sensitive. Chang-E's serum, on the other hand, has gently faded it away. If I run out of Chang-E's serum, I notice dullness reappear within a week or two, redness around my nose and in laugh-lines coming back, and unevenness in pigmentation returning. The fact that the serum also contains flecks of pearl makes it feel like a fairy-potion. What's not to love? It's a must-buy for me.

When Rx Hydrocortisone and Steroids prescribed by dermatologists over the past two years didn’t help my skin problems I figured I would give Sabbatical products a try and in under two months my skin is almost 100% better, but the painful irritation and flakiness has gone away completely. Since I am over 60 I doubt all redness will ever be gone, but to no longer suffer with embarrassing redness is such a relief. I don’t feel the need to wear layers of makeup to cover up and go mostly makeup free now. I use Calm Cream daily!
