To make the Lavender Hinoki Peace Aura Mist, we soak lavender buds in high proof organic alcohol for a week to turn it into a fragrant lavender extract, and then add Hinoki (Japanese Cypress) essential oil to blend the fragrance of lavender with the calm of walking through a wooded forest.
The mist also comes with a few energetically cleansed and sanitized amethyst crystals.
Mist your crown of head, third eye, throat (external), heart, palms and soles of feet (if accessible) 5x a day to feel a sense of inner calm and peace.
Ingredient Deep Dive
🌲Lavender: Lavender has traditionally been used to invoke peace, rest and relaxation. In European herbal magic traditions, it is common used in love spells, to lift depression, to purify and protect against the evil eye. By soaking the lavender buds for a week in high proof alcohol, we distill more of the botanical and magical properties of the plant into the mist, helping create for you a greater state of calm and peace. We also add lavender essential oil to the mixture to further enhance the qualities of lavender here.
🌲Hinoki: Hinoki is also known as Japanese Cypress, and is widely loved in Japan. Hinoki wood is used to manufacture many Japanese bath and spa products. The terpene components of Hinoki essential oil have been argued to be deeply restorative and deeply healing, according to the Japanese research field of “Shinrin Yoku”, which argues that simply hanging out in the forest doing absolutely nothing is deeply healing to all psyches
🌲 Amethyst: Amethyst is a grounding, protective stone, that helps you tap into your inner wisdom and to release unhealthy attachments.

This mist is a miracle! It smells lovely, of course, the most pure lavender smell, like a field full of lavender, but even better it puts my energetic, sleepless toddler straight to sleep! The first night I used it, he was, as usual, running wild - dancing around the room, shouting at the top of his lungs - it was going to be a long night. I sprayed some on the soles of his feet and he was instantly calm, as if I had flicked a switch. Within five minutes, he was deep asleep. And this is a child who takes hours to drift off. He slept for 12 hours straight - no waking, no nightmares. I notice it too - I spray it and immediately feel calm, my anxiety releases, and within five minutes my eye-lids get heavy. Sweet dreams follow. This is SO much better than any standard lavender spray - it is MAGIC.
I’m a big fan of lavender, but it’s tough to find a lavender mist that’s not too perfume-y. I received a tester of this new mist and it is perfect! I use it everywhere: my favorite sneaky trick is to spray it on my wool dryer balls before I use them so all of my clothes have a subtle lavender scent. I also spritz a little bit on myself before stressful meetings with the dingbats I work with, and it works wonders on my mood!
This is amazing. It smells divine and has an immediate calming effect. I've been using it before my yoga practice and before bed. I feel so centered during my yoga and I've been sleeping deeply. I also had some itchiness on my shins and I sprayed it there. It was immediate relief. Highly recommend this.
Do you find during this time especially that you need a whiff of peace? Then get this and spritz peace for yourself. I got a travel size of this and went through it super fast (I need many peace spritzes!). The gem essences in this is part of what imbues the mist with peace. The scent is peaceful as well. The entire product is meant to support, lift up, and heal you and I find it does. I spritz my feet at night and sleep well (interestingly I have NOT been sleeping well since I ran out of this mist).
