This was the very first Sabbatical Beauty cleanser made, and was designed for dry and sensitive skin like our founder, Adeline's skin type. It's low pH (5.5), the same as all of our cleansers, to maintain the natural acidic pH of your skin and keep out nasty bacteria that thrives at higher pH levels. It smells so good that our customers like to call it "Horchata Face" Your skin will be clean and smooth yet plump and supple after use.
Active ingredients include:
🥛Goat Milk Powder (10% of product) which reduces acne, inflammation & redness, contains lactic acid for natural exfoliation,
🥛Colloidal Oats: Helps very sensitive and inflamed skin, calms redness
🥛 Foaming Rice to clean your skin and help with brightening dark spots
🥛Aloe Vera to soothe, heal and help redness
🥛Quaternized Rice to improve your moisture barrier and to help with evening skin tone

I did not expect to love this cleanser! I think I originally added this to my cart so that I could meet a free shipping minimum, lol.
I love the texture, smell, feel, results. The smell does smell sweet and very autumn-y. I don't think it's for everyone, but personally for me, I get so excited to use it every morning and night. This cleanser does give me a slight tingle and packs a little bit of heat, which I don't think was mentioned in the reviews. I'm not sure what in the ingredients list would cause this tingle, maybe the goats milk lactic acid? In that sense, I wouldn't call it gentle, but it is hydrating.
NOTE - I initially got this in the travel size, but it comes in a screw cap bottle and is really too thick to dispense from a tiny bottle like that. Just go for the full size, which isn't that big. This is a bit pricey, but it's one of the few cleansers I've really loved EVER.

the smell, the texture, the way my skin looks after washing... it's just amazing. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing so I know it's not drying me out like commercial cleansers.

I'm so glad I got this cleanser, it saved my skin. I was having so much trouble finding one that helped my flaky dry skin. Other ones made it worse. Thank you so much for making this. It's worth every penny.

I love the sweet smell of this cleanser. It helps my combination skin remain acne free. If I wear make up I use it as a second step to the vacuum oil but my skin is so great I rarely wear makeup now
