  • Our Rejuvenating Eye Gel Oil is 35% Argan Oil, one of the most gentle and potent natural oils to minimize the appearance of fine lines. Fans of this gel absolutely love the yummy cushy texture, which melts upon contact with skin, providing a most luxurious experience. Because the full size is a generous 50ml and you need so little of it for your eye area, a lot of our customers have also been using it for a full face mask, or for a guasha massage.

Makes my Eyes Itchy

Over time, I've purchased 2 sample sizes (and gifted a 3rd to a friend). I really wanted to love this product, and honestly I love the way the gel feels on my skin, but after some time and comparison shopping, I've come to the conclusion that it makes my eyes itchy and watery and just no. It's true that it works for other areas on my face for some extra hydration, and it's true that a little goes a long way (=2 stars), but I tried using on my frown lines in between my eyebrows and even that was itchy. I finally reached this conclusion, bc I compared with a Japanese eye cream (Sana) as well as the Wet & Wild Cooling stick. Both much cheaper and importantly, neither makes my eyes water and itch. I would give higher stars for simple hydration, but I can get that from much cheaper products elsewhere.

Perfection!

This little jar right here? Liquid (or rather, soft, luscious oil) gold! I’m obsessed with the delicious texture, and this does a wonderful job of hydrating and nourishing the area around my eyes. I’ve had stubborn eczema under and around my eyebrows that nothing was getting rid of. With the Eye Gel-Oil – boom, hydrated, gone. I'll also tap some onto my cheekbones for a natural, hydrated glow.

I love being able to support a hyper-local, woman-owned business that shares my values. But on my budget, Sabbatical has to be the occasional splurge (and for the product - I know the pricing is *very* reasonable. hand made! in Philly! small batch! high quality, concentrated ingredients!). The littlest bit goes the longest way with the Eye Gel-oil – this is one of the best bang-for-your-buck products out there! If you’re looking for a starter Sabbatical product and you like the texture of oils, this is a great one to try even at the travel size. I’m hooked! This + the Winter Is Coming Balm have been game changers for my skin that will always have a place on my vanity.

For the Monolids

I love this eye gel because I am most concerned about wrinkles and hydrating my eye area. I know many people look for eye creams that help with under eye bags, but for me, I am also concerned with crows feet and my hidden monolid. This product is great for moisturizing my whole eye area!

Nourishing Eye Area Gel

I tend to use this most in the fall and winter. It's great overnight for hydrating the sensitive skin under and around my eyes. If you're worried that it will be oily and will just sit on top of your skin, don't be -- although some of it sits on top, most of it sinks in to nourish, and it's more moist than oily. Occasionally, I'll use it elsewhere on my face if I notice a particularly dry spot. And if I'm going to be out ion fierce weather, I'll us eat as part of my morning routine, matched up with Asian Powerhouse and Calm Cream. A little goes a long way.

Just wow

There is barely enough space on here for me to tell you how incredible this product is. As a skincare creator I try so many different products and I can count on one hand how many have really impressed me. This is one of them. I love this for the under eyes, but I also love using it to slug with and apply it as my last step after everything else. It’s beautiful. I just know it’s going to get me through the rough winter months glowing & hydrated 🤍
