39% of this Rose and Honey gel-cream is made of pure royal jelly and rose extracts. Royal Jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used to feed the queen bee of the hive, and is so nutritious that the queen grows to be the largest bee. It's widely known for its anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, wound healing and antibiotic components, and is very nutritionally dense (contains complex B vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, enzymes and more). It is excellent for sensitive, dry and acne-prone skin, and helps diminish fine lines. Rose extract is especially good for dry, mature and sensitive skin, but is good for all skin types. It is anti-inflammatory, helping minimize redness and soothe irritation, cleanses skin and prevents blemishes. It also helps to brighten and even skin tone.
This antioxidant power couple is boosted by other actives in this product, including Niacinamide at 5% and N-Acetyl Glucosamine (both ingredients work together with Rose extract to reduce hyperpigmentation and scarring), Hydrolyzed Silk (to help build your skin's moisture barrier and minimize water loss), Rice Bran Oil or Sweet Almond Oil (Full of antioxidants and vitamins B and E, hydrating and anti-aging) and Shea Butter (Moisturizing, reduces inflammation, skin soothing).

I purchased this item because I adore rose skincare, and I intended to use it as an evening moisturizer. While it is a good product, it is not a product for me. It has the same texture has honey, which I'm not a fan of, and the rose ingredients leave a very intense scent, to the point where I can taste it. I'm certain that someone with very dry skin would love this, but it's not for me.

I absolutely am in love with the scent and texture of this product. You really do feel like you’re in a garden of roses pouring fresh, thick honey into a pretty tea cup. However, I originally bought this cream to help tame my redness and it didn’t help with that at all. I still use it because it’s a good moisturizer (but only at night because it’s sticky) but I won’t purchase it again.

I love, love, love the Rose & Honey Cream for winter nighttime use! My already irritable skin gets dry, yet still oily and quick to break out in the winter. I love the scent, the feel, and the effects of the Rose & Honey! I wake up in the morning with clearer, calmer skin than when I went to sleep!

I thought it is not suitable for combination skin but I was wrong. The gel is sticky at first but absorb quickly and leaves my skin soft and smooth. The scent is great.
