The process to purchase Sabbatical Gift Cards was very easy. I purchase 3 as gifts for some co-workers and now they are customers. One of my co-workers purchased so eye cream and she raved she noticed a difference over night.

gift certificate not delivered
I had the same problem! An e-gift card with no information about redeeming sent to my giftee. Waiting to hear back from customer service now...
