I love my rose quartz crystal roller. I am over 50 (nearly 54) and experience peri/menopausal symptoms. Like I am very hot often. And I have tension headaches, which research shows can get worse into menopause (great). I had this situation last night, and the cool crystal roller on my temples was heaven. It cooled me down and also massaged my face at points that were hurting and throbbing. Get you a crystal roller and some oil (there is a gift set right now - Dec 2020 - with Camellia Gold Oil and a roller) and get some relief!

I've been using the amethyst roller for a few weeks now and it's divine. The process is so relaxing and the roller is very well made. I honestly didn't expect to love this little tool so much. It's not just the relaxation and sensual pleasure, although those are quite real.
