I have slowly incorporated SB products into my care routine after becoming frustrated with the whole of the commercial skin care market - lots of promises, few results, lots of skin irritation and questions of “just what IS in this product”. With SB I can decipher just about all of the ingredients and easily do research on the components. The Goat Milk and Rice cleanser has become my favorite cleanser and it might be because of the smell alone - love the cinnamon notes! I have been using this cleanser for about 4 months and am pleased to note my skin is much happier and overall well balanced - no dry patches, fewer breakouts, hydrated plump skin. The product is milky and lathers well. It wipes away completely clean with no residue. My makeup wears beautifully over it. Also no increased sun irritation. I think my only feedback is that some scents could be rather strong for some consumers and would love to see some fragrance and nut oil free product options for sensitive folks.

I was a little hesitant at first because it’s thick, yeasty smelling and brandy colored. But it doesn’t feel tacky or leave a tint on the face or lingering smell. It layers well under camel cream and makes my mug feel super soft and look super snatched.

I love this fatty cream so much! It absorbs fast and is the perfect finishing touch of my morning routine. Even on the hottest days, it never felt greasy on my face.

Travel size is really tiny. which allowed me to realize that when I buy the regular size I am using too much an entire dropper full. The product does work and it is expensive.

Calms my barrier down really quickly. Feels cooling without feeling minty. It applies super nicely, and it layers well with other products!

The snail serum is amazing! As with any new product I got the smaller size to ensure my very sensitive face doesn’t react. This has been great for me, and a little goes a long way. I use it daily and still have half of the bottle left. I love that it’s fragrance free, and not too heavy to layer with my other products. I hope it doesn’t get discontinued because I need to buy the bigger bottle.

I’ve been using the Donkey cream for a few weeks and this is now my go to nighttime moisturizer now. It’s thick and hydrating, and great for the upcoming winter season. I wake up with soft and hydrated skin. The cream has a whipped butter texture and it really locks in all the moisture when I sleep. I’ve noticed my completion looks less dull throughout the day with an overall more even complexion. Thank you Adeline!

In my late 60s, I don’t play around — moisture is critical, but it needs to really soak in. I adore Rose & Honey cream, but it doesn’t always layer well — until Mermaid Jelly! This jelly seems so light, but putting it on just sets the stage for every layer — it’s moisturizing magic! I can add cream, sunscreen, makeup and it all adheres without feeling sticky or pilling. The photo below shows the jelly sans makeup and then with light makeup application.

I'm obsessed with this. It's the perfect amount of moisture and it smells and feels so good. I went to buy more and it was sold out already. I can't find another item like this in the SB beauty line so I hope it returns soon.

It just the little touch i need to make me feel like i put a little effort in that day. I love hanging it on my bag and just giving myself a little touch up here and there. It works well with my other products as well on a more "done-up" day!

I spent 10 days in curacao and I didn't know how strong their sun was. I also ordered this before I left so it arrived while I was out of the country. It was an impulse buy to be honest I'm weak for anything "mermaid" "marine" with great ingredients. Anyway, My face was still red and tender, healing as it got closer to go home. This was the first thing I used on my face when I got home. Within 2 days the redness went away and tenderness/swelling. I didn't mix this with anything else beings though my face and body had a first degree sunburn (less is better in this situation). I PRAY she doesn't discontinue this and make a body version. a lot people need this especially when travelling!! *fingers crossed*

I love this gel moisturizer! Smooth and refreshing, it leaves my skin supple and glowing. It's perfect for daytime use - light but effective. And a little goes a long way. A really wonderful addition to my Sabbatical Beauty lineup of products.
