I first formulated GLOW Pressed Serum in 2016 as a way to even skin tone and hyperpigmentation caused by scarring. I designed it as a pressed serum, which basically combines the high level of active ingredients in a serum in moisturizer form, so that you can use this as a multifunctional product.
Ingredient Deep Dive:
🍋Lemon Peel Bioferment, a potent antioxidant which inhibits the formation of pigmentation. Fermenting the lemon peel increases the bioavailability of the skin tone-evening compound
🍋Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and N-Acetyl Glucosamine, which work synergistically to bright and fade scarring
🍋Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP), a gentle, stable form of Vitamin C to help build collagen
🍋Soybean extract and Soy amino acids, both which contain proteins that inhibit melanin production
🍋Sugar Cane Extract, which contains glycolic acid to exfoliate and help the other ingredients to better penetrate

I have a fairly deep, wide-enough-to-be-noticeable round scar on my right cheek and some dark spots on my upper lip. This product helps both, while also tamping down on my near-constant redness and giving me that buttery smooth skin texture! It has a super light scent (just a hint of licorice) that disappears quickly. It can be a little tacky or cause some pilling under facial oils, but I just hit it with a quick spritz of Avene and everything behaves. Already bought a backup for when my current travel size runs out!
I like using this as my everyday moisturizer. I put just a few small dabs on my face

I ordered Glow to even out my skin because I have a lot of acne scars. I’ve noticed that with consistent use, some spots have faded a little bit. I took the sample size with me on a trip recently and used it day and night for approx. two weeks. I barely made a dent! A little bit goes a long way, like with all SB products. The only thing I don’t like is the slight tackiness which doesn’t go away completely depending on the other products I layered under it.

Glow in the dark!
My skin didn't like glow serum at first,it's not absorbing it,then after a year I tried again and this time glowing in the dark😂...my new bff!
I have used this mainly at my sun spots on my cheek and scars at chin. I think it may have lighten the spots sightly. Compared to other products I had used from SB (results tend to be very noticeable), this glow serum may have worked less effectively as compared to snail and magic dragon.. but I'm able to use this during the day time, where I find snail and dragon to be too tacky/heavy for day use.
