Hi y'all!! To encourage you to guys to spend some time taking care of yourselves this October, we are starting a #SelfieCareChallenge! Too often we neglect self care when we are busy, thinking of it as an indulgence, when it is actually a necessity. We're going to run this challenge both on our Facebook Group

To participate, simply post a picture or a video of you doing the self-care activity as well as a one sentence reflection on each #selfiecarechallenge daily thread on the Facebook Group! Everyone who completes the 30 day challenge (and posts on the page or group post daily), will get a $20 gift card to Sabbatical Beauty! Please note that you need to post on the day itself on the daily thread to get credit!

October 1st. Take a #Selfie of yourself and tell us what you're hoping to achieve with the #SelfieCareChallenge

October 2nd. Take a walk on your own. 

October 3rd. Make a meal by yourself and eat it without any distractions.

October 4th. Snuggle someone that you love (a human, a pet :))

October 5th. Mask.

October 6th. Take a walk on your own. 

October 7th. Nap.

October 8th. Reread something you love--a book, a Facebook post etc. Tell us why you love it. 

October 9th. Write in a journal.

October 10th. Watch and share with us a funny video.

October 11th. Meditate.

October 12th. Stretch, or do some yoga.

October 13th. Write in a journal. 

October 14th. Take a bath, or a long soothing shower with your favorite bath soaps. 

October 15th. Eat a small amount of something indulgent that comforts you (dark chocolate)?

October 16th. Write in a journal.

October 17th. Mask.

October 18th. Snuggle someone that you love (a human, a pet :))

October 19th. Take a walk on your own.

October 20th. Stretch or do some yoga.

October 21st. Draw, paint or color.

October 22nd. Make a meal by yourself and eat it without any distractions.

October 23rd. Meet up, have a phone call or internet conversation with someone who makes you feel loved and supported..

October 24th. Reread something you love--a book, a Facebook post etc. Tell us why you love it. 

October 25th. Go to your favorite coffeeshop and order a special drink for yourself. Enjoy it in the shop.

October 26th. Draw, paint or color.

October 27th. Spend some time on a hobby.

October 28th. Knit, do a crossword puzzle, or play soduku.

October 29th. Write in a journal.

October 30th. Post a #Selfie of yourself and tell us your reflections from this month of self-care.
