Tell us about you!
I’m an economics/finance major turned pastry cook turned student of the financial markets. I have been going through the “quarter life crisis” figuring out what to do with my life and on a journey of self care and learning.
What makes you angry?
Hypocrites. Ignorance. Close-mindedness. Injustice. People who act entitled. People who don’t work hard and don’t try. People who make excuses for everything. Ungratefulness. Are those words or am I just adding -ness to everything? >.>
What makes you happy?
Food food food food FOOOOOOOOOOOD. Did I mention food? It has to be delicious food though. Otherwise I’ll just get sad, disappointed and mad. Cooking, looking for and researching recipes, experimenting with food, everything! Except cleaning. Unless I have a commercial dishwasher then okay. Kitchen gear! The dining room area of my apartment is my kitchen extension (up there in the pic). Travelling!!!!! (although I haven’t done much of that yet). Good friends. Family (when they’re not nagging you). DIY stuff. Skincare. Reading. Good books. Thought provoking books, movies, shows. Exercise (when I’m not injured…). Learning about new things.
If you were an SB product, which product would you be, and why?
Snail Serum. People are afraid to try me but once they get to know me I can be pretty f-ing amazing. I’m also limited edition/seasonal. Only around for a little while because I am a super introvert.
What’s your desert island SB product, and why?
Do I really have to pick just one? Because I have four serums that I love….but if I really had to pick just one I guess that would be Marine? It’s one of the four that is really working for me but what makes me like it more than the other three is the consistency. It’s slightly thicker which makes it easier to apply since my skin doesn’t immediately soak up all of it right after I drop it on.
What is your favorite thing about your skin?
Facial skin? It’s pretty much the only part of my body (besides my hands and feet) that don’t have Keratosis Pilaris. When it’s behaving it’s super smooth. Pale but not too pale. I have also come to really like the freckles I have on my upper cheeks that I got because I didn’t apply lotion and sunscreen on my face until I was 18.
