Quin Li: She's A Sabbatical Beauty

I was born and raised in Malaysia, but now I work and live in Akron, Ohio. I have a passion for good food, good television and good fun! I am also a small business owner, helping people navigate the home buying and selling process.

How did you learn about Sabbatical Beauty?

I was in Adeline’s KBeauty products co-op when she was still on sabbatical which later morphed into the successful Sabbatical Beauty company that we know now.

What convinced you to try the products?

The reviews and testimonials of other users convinced me. Adeline’s carefully formulated, lovingly crafted skin care appeared to be doing wonders for my friends’ complexion and I wanted the same!

Tell us about your skin BEFORE SB and after using SB. Please be as specific and detailed as possible.

My skin was breaking out with acne often and it was angry much of the time. Sabbatical Beauty products helped so much with calming the redness and smoothness of my skin. I actually like the way my skin feels and looks after using the serums and creams.

What’s your desert island SB product, and why?

If I only had to choose one, it’s the Marine Serum. It hydrates my skin and generally makes my face feels smoother and plumpier.

Are you a part of the Sabbatical Beauty Facebook community? How does it help your enjoyment and use of the products?

Yes I am part of the Facebook community. It’s great to share product tips and have fun conversations about other issues that are important in our lives.

What advice would you give to a potential first time buyer?

First, try samples of everything that sounds good to you. Not all products work the same for everyone and some might work better than others. There are some products that I prefer over others, not because they’re not effective but small details like fragrance, texture, etc. that I might like better.
