As part of our online events series, we're bringing you a way to get some mindfulness and your sweat on with a new online workout: Yoga Sculpt!

Join Katharina (Katie) Muñiz, veteran Philadelphia instructor as she leads you through a 60 minute Yoga Sculpt workout. Yoga Sculpt is traditional vinyasa yoga flow meets cardio and weight work. Sculpt is high intensity, yet still customizable for varying levels of fitness. We begin rooted in the mindfulness of yoga, and before you know it, you are in a Warrior Two doing lunges and bicep curls! With a playlist you want to dance to, and traditional vinyasa sequencing to guide us from beginning to end, you won't even realize how much you've worked by the time you lay back for savasana!

100% of your nominal $10 ticket fee (excluding taxes) will be donated to the Papermill Food Hub, which serves up to 40 families in North Philadelphia who are in need of pantry donations during this difficult time. 

Details:

Date: Saturday December 19, 4pm-5pm EST

Where: Workout will be on Zoom. You will be emailed the link to the workout an hour before it begins.

Equipment: Yoga mat, Two sets of weights, towel and water! Weights should be anywhere up to 15 pounds each (i.e. a set of 3 pounds and 5 pounds)

About Katie: Katharina Muñiz (@katharina.muniz) is a fitness instructor and dancer originally from New York City. Holding a BFA in dance studies, Katharina uses her dance training in all of her fitness classes to bring fun and accessible alignment focused movement to everyone. Katharina can be found teaching in person at CorePower Yoga or virtually!
