Hi y'all!! To encourage you to guys to spend some time taking care of yourselves this October, we are starting a #SelfieCareChallenge! Too often we neglect self care when we are busy, thinking of it as an indulgence, when it is actually a necessity. We're going to run this challenge both on our Facebook Group!
To participate, simply post a picture or a video of you doing the self-care activity as well as a one sentence reflection on each #selfiecarechallenge daily thread on the Facebook Group! Everyone who completes the 30 day challenge (and posts on the page or group post daily), will get a $20 gift card to Sabbatical Beauty! Please note that you need to post on the day itself on the daily thread to get credit!
Our #SelfieCareChallenge starts tomorrow! Who's in?

Why Our Customers Love Usfrom 1768 reviews
I cannot rave enough about Pumpkin Spice Latte. The effect is immediate with my skin tone evened out, smooth, and moist. I sometimes skip the other serums because this effect is so perfect, just what I wanted. It’s lightweight enough for me to use as first serum after the Botanical Acid. This formula is right and subtly delicious. I had one travel size which I kept in the fridge for months and it seems to smell artificial. I dislike that one - but not sure if it’s because I have kept it for so long. Can the SB team consider putting this in the staple line? It’s torturous to see it out of stock so soon and have to wait long for the next stock, it being a seasonal item.
When I heard people raving about using *oil* to clean their faces, I figured it was a scam. Clearly this demonstrates my skincare ignorance loud and clear. I used the Vacuum Cleansing Oil only because a sample size arrived in a shipment, and I figured "don't knock it till ya try it." I fully confess to the error of my uninformed pre-VCO beliefs! After VCO, my face feels cleaner than after using standard soap, my pores are less visible (as if they've been, ahem, vacuumed), and yet my skin feels hydrated -- not dried out and pruny like after harsher pore-cleansing products. Moments after using the sample size and realizing the error of my initial expectations, I bought three full sizes (b/c free shipping, you know).
I got the travel size of this to try in the fall collection. I tested it, thought it smelled nice, very woodsy/like pine, and didn't think much of it. It sat on my coffee table. Then after a very long, stressful day I started to feel the tell tale signs of a panic attack coming on. My heart was speeding up, my palms were sweaty, my chest was feeling tight. I saw the grounding spray and thought, "it can't hurt." I sprayed my wrists, sat down and took a deep breath. Within seconds I felt snapped back into the present. My anxiety eased. I immediately bought a full size and now make sure to give myself a spritz when I know I'm facing a difficult situation or stressful day. It has made a big difference in helping me stay grounded when I need it most.
I bought a travel size of this along with the rose foaming cleanser to use as a second cleanse. Couldn't choose one over the other so I got a full size of each and now I just alternate the two. This is a very soothing cleanser my skin feels soft and hydrated after I use this. It really helps with the redness on my cheeks. I like the smell it reminds me of the woods after it rains. You only need a dime size amount of this cleanser (same goes for the rose foaming cleanser) full size should last a while.
I started out with a trial size of Rose foaming cleanser and the Bamboo cleanser to use after my vacuum oil cleanse. Loved them both so much I bought a full size of each. The Rose cleanser smells so good, I find it to be relaxing. Sometimes I use it as a first cleanser when I'm being lazy, and my skin always looks so clean and smooth. It keeps my oily areas under control but not dried out. Loving it!❤
I really appreciated the chance to learn from Lynn about how to use my gua-sha tool. I didn't even know how to say it, let alone use it! Lynn was really kind, slow, but also very knowledgeable about how to use this tool. Even two (or so? Pandemic!) days after the event, I have used it and thought about how it works. She took us through how to do a whole routine. There is so much to know about this, but Lynn was able to simplify it, without making it simplistic. I came out of the 1.5 hour workshop with more knowledge and sense that I could do this for myself. I urge you to get on this workshop train the next time there is a stop available!
I have sensitive, combination skin and wanted something to help add moisture to the dry areas without being too heavy on the oily areas of my skin. Hydra is great for adding moisture and soothing my skin while also helping my acne. It is a real multi-tasker that is gentle, soothing, and healing. Every time I use it, my skin feels refreshed.
I have combination skin with hormonal acne. Most products marketed to help acne from other companies have been harsh, irritating, or drying. Or they didn't make a difference at all. Tea Tree Volcanic Ashley serum is a game changer for me. I use it as a spot treatment and have seen pimples shrink in half overnight and disappear quickly without scarring or discoloration. And it is super gentle on my sensitive skin!
Lynn is such a lovely, calm, and knowledgable teacher. I learned so much and am so excited to see long term effects that I experienced during the workshop. I told my husband about it and now he wants to learn how to do it!
I have tried many eye related skincare products, including expensive brands, but non is as good as this. If you find the Anti-aging eye gel oil too oily for you, get this! The reformulated Bright Eyes works really well for me under makeup or without. I could see the visible effect on the lines (and not due to effect of silicone found in many eye products that attempt to hide lines) and the tightening of skin around my eyes (works on puffy eyes and dark circles due to late nights). I love this.
I really like this cream! It smells fantastic and and a great texture. It leaves my face feeling hydrated and bouncy. I haven’t noticed any negative reactions on my skin- I have sensitive skin and rosacea.
I love this oil! I use it a few times a week for facial guasha. It leaves my fave feeling smooth and hydrated. The oil washes off easily and completely. I just purchased a full sized product.
I was a little worried that this sake bomb splash would be irritating on my sensitive skin but it's not at all!! I felt minimal stinging but not bad. It actually helped relieve my redness instead of causing it like most things do to me. Left my skin so soft and ready for my serums. Definitely a keeper.
Love this sake and rice sleeping pack. It melts under your fingers and feels so nice on my skin. Oh yea..it smells amazing too! My skin is so soft and glowy in the morning.
I started using Kombucha Foaming Cleanser this summer and am hooked. It's invigorating yet gentle, foams up nicely, rinses clean and does not leave my skin dry. I have oily/combo and now aging skin and it feels so good to use this cleanser. It is a fantastic product that is so well-balanced and thoughtfully crafted. I has become one of my essential SB items. Highly recommend!
