    Each simple practice is designed to be done in a short period of time - from 1-5 minutes - but you can also expand most of these to a formal practice of 10 minutes or more.

    The fourteen cards are divided into seven categories: Grounding. Open. Gratitude. Love. Breathe. Energize. Joy.

    These cards have been designed by Erin McCarthy, Ph.D., a philosophy professor and mindfulness teacher.
