This Giving Tuesday, help us bring care and confidence to members of the trans community.
Sabbatical Beauty is partnering with The Equitable Skincare Project to sponsor free facials for members of the trans community from the William Way LGBT Community Center.
Our skin is how we face the world. When we feel comfortable and confident in it, we can show up fully as ourselves.
Many people in transition experience skin changes due to hormone therapy—these facials offer not just care, but dignity, education, and self-esteem.
Founded by Aliesh Pierce, master aesthetician and creator of Ask Aliesh, The Equitable Skincare Project provides free and donation-based facials to underserved communities throughout Philadelphia. Their mission: to make skin health and self-care accessible to everyone, not just a privileged few.
Founded in 1976, the William Way Centerhas been a resource and hub for the LGBTQIA+ community. The Center includes a 14000 volume lending library, a world class LGBTQIA+ history archives, a public art and exhibition space and multiple community meeting spaces.
